Court Directed(No Points Awarded):	Drivers directed by the traffic court to complete clinic. No safe driving points are awarded.
Court Directed(Points Awarded, if eligible):	Drivers directed by the traffic court to complete clinic. Documentation from court to recieve points. Attach Documentation if selected.
DMV Directed(Points Awarded, if eligible):	Drivers directed by DMV to complete clinic. Safe driver points are awarded, if eligible. Drivers 18 or older will recieve safe driving points, under 18 will not recieve safe driver points.
Insurance(No Points Awarded):	Drivers completing the clinic to receive a discount on insurance. Check with your insurance provider before registering.
Volunteer(Points Awarded, if eligible):	Drivers completing clinic voluntarily. You will receive 5 safe driving points, if eligible.
